LIZ BUTLER Co-founder of the Yellow Cat Collective, Liz Butler is a multi-disciplinary artist. She grew up in the rolling hills of the Berkshires in Western Massachusetts, surrounded by theatre, dance, and music. From a young age, Liz trained as an opera singer, before falling in love with devised theater and improvisation. Now she is a dedicated teacher, director and improviser, performing as much as possible in Wellington. The magic of collaboration drives her work and career. Her strict conservatory education separated music and theater, which led to her passion for merging art forms.
